Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of jabranandco.com, our Client Portal, and any content or tool we make available online. They are between you and M/S Jabran & Co., a registered partnership firm in Lahore, Pakistan ("Jabran & Co.", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance
By using this website or the Client Portal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Our services
Jabran & Co. provides strategic advisory; production plant audit and performance; global trade and sourcing; architecture, interiors and construction; corporate training; and custom clearance consultancy.
Information on this website is for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, engineering or regulatory advice, and you should not act on it without a scoped engagement with us.
3. Engagements & quotations
- Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Every engagement is scoped individually.
- A quotation is an invitation to proceed. It becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties, and is subject to its own stated validity, terms and conditions.
- Where a signed engagement letter, purchase order or service agreement exists, that document prevails over these Terms for that engagement.
- Timelines, prices and specifications quoted are based on the information you give us. If that information changes, the quotation may change.
4. Client Portal accounts
- Accounts are issued to named individuals of client organisations. Do not share credentials.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You may access only your own organisation's information. Attempting to reach another organisation's data is a material breach and is technically prevented, logged and reviewed.
- We may suspend an account immediately where we reasonably believe it is being misused or is compromised.
- Sessions of users other than the account owner carry a visible traceability watermark. Do not attempt to remove or circumvent it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any applicable law, or use our services to do so;
- probe, scan or test the security of our systems, or bypass any access control;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content or data;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the availability of the services;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your authority;
- copy, resell or republish our materials without written permission;
- submit anything unlawful, infringing or confidential to someone else without the right to do so.
6. AI features
Our website chat and internal assistants use artificial intelligence.
- AI responses may be incomplete or wrong. They are general information, never advice, and never a binding offer, price or commitment.
- Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information into any chat.
- Chat content may be stored and reviewed by our team so we can follow up, and is processed by our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Only a written confirmation from an authorised Jabran & Co. person creates an obligation.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, images, logos, and our methodologies — including the JABRAN Method™ — are owned by Jabran & Co. or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. Any other use, including copying, adaptation, framing or commercial re-publication, requires our written consent.
Ownership of deliverables produced in an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement. Where nothing is agreed, we retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates and know-how, and grant you a licence to use the deliverable for the purpose it was made.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and disclose it only to those who need it to deliver the work, or where the law requires. We do not publish client names, findings, figures or case material without written two-party approval. We expect the same discretion from you regarding our proposals, pricing and methods.
9. Fees & payment
Fees, currency, payment schedule and taxes are set out in the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties, which are your responsibility. Late payment may lead to suspension of work. Bank charges and remittance costs are borne by the paying party.
10. Disclaimers
The website and Client Portal are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them.
Case material, insights and benchmarks published on this website are illustrative. Results depend on your own circumstances, data quality and execution, and we do not promise any particular outcome from information published here.
11. Limitation of liability
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, contracts, goodwill, data or anticipated savings;
- our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this website or Client Portal is limited to PKR 50,000;
- our liability for a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, and where it is silent, is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Jabran & Co. against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
13. Third-party services
This website links to and relies on third-party services (for example hosting, analytics, messaging and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
14. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Client Portal at any time where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or where required for security, legal or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and governing law — continue to apply.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property or recover a debt in any competent court.
Before starting proceedings, we ask that you raise the matter with us in writing so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
16. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms. The effective date and version at the top identify the current version, and continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
